The hotel's rooms, while generally meeting Holiday Inn standards in terms of cleanliness, had some concerning blood stains on the comforter, which was quite off-putting. On the positive side, the rooms were kept clean. The cigarette smell was a downside. The service was a mix of smug and rude behavior but managed to resolve an overcharge issue efficiently. The location was convenient and close to various attractions with some noise disturbance from airplanes. The dining was acceptable but not exceptional, offering limited options. Facilities were standard, with no specific comments on them.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the airport. The service was nice, although they seemed short-staffed. The location was convenient for my travel plans, and the dining experience was delicious with plenty of food options.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but there were some issues like broken tiles, mildew in the shower, and a worn-out bed. Finding leftover beer from the previous guest was not pleasant. On the bright side, the hotel was beautiful and offered a cozy stay for seniors.
